“ We have been having takeaways from Kimbolton Spice since they opened, and tbe food has always been fantastic. Tonight we chose to eat in as a family (2 adults and 4 children). The food was as always exceptional, the service and staff were wonderful and completely engaged with our 2 youngest children 9 & 11 which made them absolutely adore the place. I cannot recommend Kimbolton Spice enough. They go above and beyond whether it be for a takeaway or restaurant experience. Thank you Kimbolton Spice for being exceptional ”
“ Four of us had a lovely meal here last night. The food was fantastic and plentiful. It’s easy to drive by this place and not notice it. I understand it’s not been open that long, but if they maintain the quality that we witnessed, then the will have umpteen regular customers apart from the passing trade. Keep up the good work. ”
“ Highly recommended top class restaurant, top class staff along with top class food. Went out tonight with wife (kid free) 16/08/25 food , drinks and service was unbelievable and I genuinely ain’t going above with this comment I definitely recommend these guys and as I said in restaurant it is now my new local. Can’t wait be there again. 10/10 ”
“ Beautiful setting for a wonderful meal. Food was exceptional and the staff were friendly and attentive. Thanks, can’t wait to visit again ”
“ The food is absolutely sublime. Genuinely the best curry I’ve had. So good I reckon they could get a Michelin star. Honestly! The chefs specials are what I go for and couldn’t be better ”
“ Always good to try new places and this was our first visit. Easy to find and park on a Saturday evening. Quite busy when we arrived so the atmosphere was good as was our welcome. The restaurant is split into different areas, not just one large space, which makes it feel quite cozy and stops it becoming too noisy for conversation. Service was nice, not too much, but not slow, just enough to make you feel looked after, but not intrusive. We had poppadoms rather than a starter and the pickles that accompanied them were very tasty, the lime pickle was very good - not as sharp as Pataks, but with deep flavour. Our main courses arrived in good time. Mains are served in the dish from which you eat, not in separate dishes that would make it easier if you wanted to share several curries. Flavours were good and the jalfrazi was described as medium hot and it compared well with my experience of medium hot. The menu has all of the usual curry types, but also an interesting selection of house specials. The naans weren't the biggest, but nicely cooked. Everyone enjoyed their food and agreed that they would return, although not too often as the prices were a shade expensive. It's a nice curry house with good food and service, just a touch expensive. ”
“ Really good night out. Comfortable chairs. Good service and the food was very tasty. ”
“ Absolutely delicious food. Very attentive service. We had booked the day before via telephone but when we arrived booking was not in the book. However, they had room for us. Had pops, starter and mains. Able to have a break before our mains. Madri beer on tap which was great according to my partner. Friend and I had a bottle of Pinot which was very crisp. Just one toilet for ladies and one for men but was clean and tidy. Just feel the tables are quite close together, although I understand they want to get as many in as possible. Would definitely recommend. ”
